A good source of sales contacts- BF is handling sale of a Warsaw property for his grandmother

He is using local sources, the property has been appraised and is lovely but I think faster and higher sale can be reached if offered where Expats and EU buyers get a peek. It has been built around over the years as Warsaw sprawls out.But the suburbs around it look clean and attractive

I suspect they could do better with a reputable Real Estate broker if a few can be thrown my way, Ill pass it on. I know several members here trade in properties.
