Local news and events in Poznan??

My wife and I are currently staying in Poznan and have no idea where to turn for local news and events. It would be nice to keep up with what's happening in and around town - does anybody have any suggestions for websites with up-to-date information in either English or Polish??

how about the TV or newspaper? how about google? maybe it should be just whyschool?

Don't have TV, newspapers are a waste of paper and Google can be good if you know what you are searching for... so now maybe I can hear from somebody else?
