Home (rented to a company who use it to house people with mild learning disabilities) insurance company

Hi folks, a bit off topic again [hence why it's in the off topic area] but some people on this forum that I've been a part of for a while are very helpful so I'll give it a shot. I am looking for home insurance where the house is rented to a company who use it to house people with mild learning disabilities. A lot of insurance companies [in the UK] do not seem to be too keen on giving insurance for this kind of thing. Does anyone who of any who do this?

Try Catlin Group. They don't specialise in that but they do specialise in less usual cases.
