The EU's New Pact on Migration and Asylum

Most of those 'refuges' crossed from Turkey. So according to the law they are not refugees in the EU. That is what I have been telling you all along thank you for finally agreeing with me.

But it is easy to understand why refugees are not looking for a countries like Greece, Bulgaria or Poland to stay in. They are looking for a country which could provide normal living conditions and jobs to them...

I never disagreed! The thing is they are still coming, they are still here, they are not going back again...lawfully or not....
Merkel tried to bribe Erdogan with money to keep them from crossing over...well...that didn't work....so, what now?


And yes, that Germany was so "lucky" for so long was one of the main reasons for the developing of the "Flüchtlingskrise"....Germans didn't care and left the border countries alone with that problem for to long...

Not that it all come to head because law in the EU had been changed and that change created problems in so called border countries. Why Germany let that law to be passed in the first place?

Where to? To send them back into "unsafe" countries would be against the EU law and lotsa human rights conventions the EU and it's members have subscribed to...the immigrants know that and keep coming...
