In the state of Washington they have Voter Challenge were someone files it with County Elections,
if found creditable will go ahead with a hearing and challenged person is notified and given the right to give
a argument in their defense. Or through the courts were County Elections is served with an order they comply
and send you a letter telling you that your registration is being cancelled due to court order. Do they have this in Poland?

Does Poland have this in any state?

You also will be notified of a Voter Challenge on their website. Does Poland have this option.
They have to send you a letter of this, otherwise it is as it was.

Even if you have a guardian!

Go to: kingcounty.gov/elections

At the bottom of the screen you would click on-Email Us. The message box you would ask about
your Voter Registration. You need a email address. Don't forget to click on-Submit when your done with your question.

Does Poland have this procedure?

Does Poland have this in any state?

Poland is a single state, not a federation.

If County Elections rejected your application they have to tell you why.

Reasons:

Your underage, the application was incomplete because it did have all the required information. If court ordered, maybe
the judge has you until your 21 after that you would be emancipated-set free.

As for marriage some people like me need a notary to marry which is an attorney giving witness to. Others might need court approval.

If the guardianship is terminated for the age it is ordered, then after that you are emancipated. You would be able to marry and vote.
If you use your SSI money on weed and alchohal something like that which is illegal, then the judge might impose the guardianship longer.

Like if the guardianship were to be terminated when you tern 20.
Correction: turn 20.

In Washington State the state constitution was amended in 2005. So if you have a guardianship imposed before this, then it's going to matter
whether it's a full or partial guardianship, to be able to vote.USA.

After aint going to matter unless the court order ses otherwise.

In Poland you show up at the place your neighbourhood is voting, and vote. You are added to a list voters when you state your residency. If you want to change it you have to show at local office before hand to be added to the list, or to be given a special document that allows you to vote wherever (in Poland) you want. You have to show up with an ID with photo, but everybody has to have "dowód osobisty".

There is no electoral voting in Poland. In presidential elections, 2 candidates with most votes move to second round, and candidate with most votes in second round wins.

I also had 2 weeks of jury duty and was one of the last 2 jurors to be cut. Later I got two jury checks-navy blue made out to me,
but the check stubs were different, they had:

-JD With A Code and below ME With A Code-

Do they have this option in Poland?

In Washington State if there is no Petition For Guardianship on you, then they have to let you marry etc.

If you have a state guardian it means you have a full guardianship, so you would have to get permission from
the court for whatever. If 18 or older.

How about if someone marries you and?: If someone marries you and later they submit the paperwork to the recorder
who processes it and sends it over to the Dept. Of Health. The Dept. Of Health does not check for eligibility when they issue you
a marriage license-Certificate Of Marriage. If someone were issued a marriage license while under a guardianship were the right to marry
has been taken away and the court finds out, then Superior Court will give them a review hearing to decide whether the marriage is valid.

Obama won in every state that did not require a Photo ID
and lost in every state that did require a Photo ID in order to vote.
Imagine that.....

In the end, folks, it's not who votes who counts, but who counts the votes who wins!
