@Joker, in democratic countries it is often the case that people switch parties in power periodically. From what I understand Trudeau was in power almost 10 years. So, yeah, people may have "enough". Just like people in Poland had enough of right-wing PiS that was in power for 8 years. So, don't get so excited, because it's a pretty normal and natural turn of events.

Now, that doesn't mean that people would be willing to revoke their country's independence and get incorporated into another country. Did Trump actually ask Canadians what they want, was their any research or polls about it or is he just running his mouth without thinking?
