I do love the pearl clutching of the Spanish government about Israel while they themselves imprisoned non-violent people who held vote in a province about whether that province should be independent and based on the overwhelming view of the electorate declared independence.

I'd really like to see Israel just trolling Spain by recognising the independent state of Catalonia and offering asylum to any Catalan leaders who aren't in Spanish prisons.
