On Euronews I've heard a German woman saying that the New Year's Eve sexual assaults were just a culmination of what's happening every day in the streets, on buses, bus stops, etc.
Does anyone know whether she was talking about refugees/migrants or also about regular German men?
You know, another thing I'm wondering about is the impunity with which those men behaved during that New Year's Eve in Cologne, like tearing the asylum papers in front of the police and saying they can easily get another ones and sexually assaulting a volunteer policewoman.
I know the police was understaffed that night, but I think it's more than that.
Somehow I haven't heard about such attacks in Turkey despite the fact that there are so many refugees there. Is it about the attitude of Muslim men towards Western women? Or maybe they think that the German police are "pussies" and Germans in general are too soft to report this and react to this? Or maybe both?
There's such attitude towards the German police mentioned in the ZDF documentary:

It's at 15:47: "They're all just a bunch of women."
