It's not you who'd be ruining the board. It's people like Adrian. There are certainly some very unsavoury people who shouldn't be allowed to continue posting. But can you not block PMs from the poster who's annoying you? Also maybe the Admin hasn't replied to yet because it's Sunday evening so don't get too upset just yet.

I see one of the members had 4 warnings, so he was suspended for a week. However, if I understand your point, someone sent you an email and your issue is that it's our fault? We don't allow anybody to see other members' email (unless they decide to reveal it to others). When you receive spam to your work email, you probably don't do anything else than deleting it, so this should probably be the best option in this case.

It is clearly not "Beata".... but the user of the IP, and anyway, the context of the forum and other traffic is very clear.

A court would clearly find in my favour - it is a clear denial of trade - and if you DO NOT ban this user permanently then I will take action against you for allowing the cyber harassment to continue.

Your 'lawyer' would be suspended and disbarred from law practice the same month he/she files a formal lawsuit for taking a frivolous legal position (and, before there actually is any lawsuit, you would be required to mediate at least twice). IF you know who the troll is, you may go after him/her; PF has absolutely nothing with this.
