Possibly banned member registered again - the original account's ban is now extended to 30 days. Another attempt to post from a banned account will extend the suspension period again. It's not allowed to have more than 1 registered account.

Update - upon further investigation, it appears this member has actually created 3 different membership accounts, which means at least 6+ month suspension.
