When there are no offensives on either side, the war turns into a war of attrition.
The problem is: Russians are running our of everything, they have no ammo left, they are eating rat sandwiches, Putin has eleven cancers - so no wonder they are not attacking. But Ukraine? Why do they keep most of the forces they were supposed to use for this offensive away from the front? It puzzles Bundeswehr experts and it puzzles me.
