N.Korea and Africa can only pay a minimum and China can buy cheaper elsewhere (even if not cheaper, then strategically cheaper, ie. by buying something from country A they will get their market share). How sustainable is it in the long term? Perhaps 5-15 years max, then another economic collapse.
