Poland is alone because - as Mother of all Slavia - she cares about the Truth, and the Truth is, kiddo, that the guy who blew up the f*cking nazi Ribbentrop-Molotov pipeline (aka Nord Stream) deserves to be given a gold toilet of his own and a lifetime supply of tall blondes, not to be passed to some German court like a common criminal. Gimme a break. Don't be ridiculous.

Lots of people have been sharing a video, supposedly showing a Ukrainian conscript crying about not wanting to die so young.....

Only problem is that it's fake. The soldier is to young to be conscripted in Ukraine and the face has been identified as being a russian from st. pete....

Those who support russia have to lie all day long because no sane person with any self-respect wants to live like russians do, cowering and worshipping a stupid little dwarf....

People always resisted conscription, but as long as you have the support of the police & army, it's very easy to force them, especially when it's a defensive war and there will always be a big % of people who will support any action as long as it's in defense of the homeland.

The amount of videos shows that it's not some mass campaign to catch men, but rather going after individual guys to remind everyone that draft dodging has consequences, obviously they can't just ignore draft dodgers. I've never seen any proof that anyone is actually getting shipped to the frontline against their will, rather than it working like in every civilized country - refusal to serve resulting in a jail time.

More people are volunteers than not. Casualty rate in this war is not really high compared to past conflicts, I would guess more than half of the current Ukrainian army are still soldiers enlisted pre-war + the first massive wave of volunteers after the invasion. Most new recruits come from conscription, so I wouldn't call them "volunteers", but most of them still probably come do their patriotic duty willingly when they get the notice. Draft dodgers caught in the streets, even if we assume they're indeed just forced to the front, rather than landing in jail, would be an EXTREMELY small %.

The only way Russia can realistically win this war before their economy collapses completely, is by convincing the western public that it's over for Ukraine and making them switch from "hell yeah fu*ck Russia, no step back!" to eg. "Ukraine needs ceasefire NOW at whatever terms, because it's only going to get worse" .

No, Bobko, this isn't a joke. russia is waging a hybrid war and must accept that it's getting a hybrid response. This includes the destruction of Nord Stream in a military, not terrorist, operation. Medals are usually awarded for this, not prison sentences. Germany's reaction to the refusal to extradite has been reserved, as if the Germans were pleased that the extradition did not take place.

Again, technically you are right, but only in a very narrow, lexical-legal-genetic sense. When I call Alien a Volksdeutsch, I do it for two reasons:

1. He is a mental/cultural Volksdeutsch.
2. It feels good.

Both reasons are valid and decisive in establishing whether Alien is a Volksdeutsch or not.
