But I still think he should be stopped, because other inadequate woman-haters could read it and believe it is true, then set out to rape women thinking they can get away with it.
Yes, exactly! Last year, a lonely, virgin, misogynistic and racist 22 year old student by the name of Elliot Rodger killed 6 people and injured 14 others in his bid to slaughter all the pretty girls who wouldn't have sex with him and their boyfriends in Santa Barbara, CA. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2014_Isla_Vista_killings
Rodger was a frequent member and follower of these pick up artist and MRA forums.
And even if most of Roosh's tales are fantasies, he obviously DOES have sex with/rapes women at least part of the time, and the guys who buy his books and seminars and go on this websites follow his advice blindly!
And @Jon357, I'm sorry if you feel my trigger warning was silly and appropriate only for sheltered American college students, but PSTD is a real thing and many women (and men) who have been raped or sexually assaulted have real reactions to listening to or reading descriptions of sexual violence. I wanted to be considerate of others.
Also, he doesn't tell the women he plans on having sex with his real name, so they can't google him or accurately report him to the authorities. Also, if you're a young woman (and he tends to target the really young ones 18-25ish) and you're at a club, and you're drunk, and you're insecure and don't really feel in control of your interactions with men (again, he tends to target these kinds of women, and this is also part of the reason why his whole philosophy is to go to countries where the women aren't "westernized" and "confident" and "assertive"), you will have a hard to time to report if he rapes you because you will blame yourself.
I agree that not all "westernized" things are good. I do agree that American women tend to be more masculine and b**chy than women in Europe and especially the further east in Europe you go. And I'm not in Poland super often, but yes, obviously I know that Poland is getting more and more westernized - some good, some bad, as with anything.
HOWEVER, has it ever occurred to anyone that women getting more b*tchy and assertive and feminist is a reaction to being treated the way Roosh treats women? Wouldn't you say that being more assertive and less trusting is a good thing for women to be if they are faced with and surrounded by men like Roosh? Roosh even said that Poland is becoming more westernized, and he was sad - he was sad about it because it meant he would have a harder time manipulating/raping women in Poland!!!
