He hasn't paid any income tax in the last ten of fifteen years before taking office.
He has only paid $750 since he took office.
Now that's what I call a shrewd business man.

My house is large compared to the one room flats in Poland.

He wrote off $70,000 for hairstyling for his t.v. shows.

The I.R.S. may confiscate his jet and a few of his golf courses for payment owed.

It is a bit weird that I pay more federal tax than Trump does though !

Remember, Trump takes no pay.
He donates 100% of his paycheck to the National Park Service, the Department of Education and the Department of Veterans Affairs.
Why should he pay any tax at all ?

It's not just referring to this year - he hasn't been paying tax for many years. His businesses are often loss making and it is his earnings from the apprentice that are keeping him afloat.

If you don't think it's a big deal that's fine, you are a bit older and have paid your dues to society. For working families who are struggling with tax bills then it might be something that annoys them.

All of corporate America does it.
I see huge yachts (million or more) putting around Lake Michigan and the people who own them write them of as a business expense because they entertain their business associates on them.

They go out to dinner at a ritzy place and drop $1000 or so, they use it for a tax write off as a business expense.

Most families that are struggling pay no taxes at all and generally get a refund at the end of the year for their unearned income credits.

Just think how many people the Trump empire has on their payroll paying taxes and the amount Trump pays on property taxes.
Crooked Hillary started the Clinton Foundation Slush fund to avoid paying taxes.
They all do it and it is legal.
You just have to be creative cms.
Use your dog for a tax right off as a home security or part of your home as an office to conduct business.

I am creative with long experience in tax. But if you are making good profits then these days it means paying tax - all western govts and Poland have got much better at closing loopholes. That's fine - I use the same roads and schools as everyone else

I would never put a holiday or a huge personal dinner bill through the books - just not my culture. In fact I was annoyed today that my dentist wanted me to pay cash - why can't he pay tax like everyone else ?
