IMO, it's worth looking at the general reaction from the GOP. They're not on board at all with these lawsuits, and Fox News is very clearly sticking to the editorial line of "report, not endorse the claims", even by some of their most pro-Trump supporters.

The Republicans have, on the whole, been very gracious in defeat, and I think it's worth remembering that these ballots are often counted in pairs - one Democrat, one Republican. Voter fraud on the level that Trump claims would require large numbers of GOP volunteers to also ignore what's going on - which makes no sense whatsoever.

Trump can waste as much money as he likes on lawyers. It won't change there are recounts happing anyway.

The way the electoral college process is structured the "safe harbor" date this year is December 8th when the final results can no longer be challenged.

A lot can be challenged and changed between now and then.

They would have preferred Bernie Sanders but realized that not voting for Hillary Clinton in 2016 only helped Trump. So they held their noses and voted for Biden the buffoon. And they couldn't loose anyway with all the vote rigging going on.
