Looks like they've chosen a new ambassador to Poland. The old was was good, however since ambassadors are appointed by the presidential administrations there, they change.

They new one seems a very good choice.

That doesn't quite work with diplomacy; it's very formalised. That's why so much time and effort is spent on it. How diplomats are treated is a sensitive thing; the American Ambassador expects flawless treatment.
