Many proper people do not want to be exposed to the humiliating process of a Senate vetting. Many people are motivated more by money, or raw everyday power - rather than vague generational power.

On the other hand, some positively unimpressive people are unfortunately often endowed with boundless ambition.

I'd agree with those partners and professors about Justices being geniuses--but there are so few geniuses who have walked this Earth it's meaningless to even raise the specter of genius to be a requisite to sit on the Court. They are mostly all very smart, though.


That may be true, but it's cynical to think that all people are motivated only by money and raw power. Look at Elena Kagan, she's pretty damn bright, yet she only spent a few years in private practice--where if she'd stayed she be raking in so much cash you'd have to weigh it--and pursued work in other areas of law that were less lucrative.

The basic issue remains whether America is ready for a dictator or mature, wise, and (still) sane enough for a life-embracing
democrat, her imperfections notwithstanding!

Better a candidate who thinks before they speak than an incoherent, socially deranged, potentially dangerous virtual illiterate who writes off the
Civil War as though it were merely an afterthought in history.

Once again, thinking outside the box, even radically at times, is certainly acceptable, but only so long as the common
goal serves the interests of everybody concerned.

There is an extremely clear 13 chapter policy plan on her website.

She has given plenty of interviews including in Fox and took part in a debate with Trump plus invited him to another.

You don't want to vote for a woman and that's fine.
