The police know very well which area and will not be going near those areas because they are integrated into American society, unlike the south american rapists. Look at the cities where these people come from, and then look at their new locations after they arrive. You think roads are maintained by councils? Again, you dont know anything. City roads are maintained by the city. Ann Arbor is a filthy rich city, with one of the best tax bases in the country. Those roads are maintained by city employees who simply dont GAF because they cant be fired. Highways and state roads are maintained by the state under a bidding process and the lowest bid wins.
