I assumed that because he was no longer visible as a member that he had either left or had been banned.How was he invisible and yet allowed back?

Admin, please tell us why Johnny Reb is no longer visible as a forum member and yet is still allowed to post. He is still a forum member, but he's got yet another warning which prevents him from posting for about 2 days. If he returns and attacks / trolls other members, another warning will prevent him from posting for 4-5 days, or there may be no other warning but a suspension for months.
