When you take a look at a presentation of Independence March in so called 'mainstream media' one thing is clear: they just want to quickly label everyone who does attend them as some kind of a dangerous radical who only wants to aimlessly destroy or at least some kind of a backward idiot who is against left-leaning progressivism.

The only thing they want to do is to dehumanize them. There's no room for discussion only for silencing any opposing views.

A continuous and furious attacks and slandering a grassroots, voluntary Independence March is one of the brightest examples of that stance.

You think that everyone who does not like the march is a "leftist" but that is simply not the case.

As for looking down on the marchers - surely we are able to make our own judgments about those people and communicate them. Are they snowflakes that they can't take criticism. They also can't see the humor in their appearance and dress and way they act which you have to admit is pretty funny.

The left wing liberals in Europe are pushing voters more to the right.
Here in The UK the Conservative party supporting press have started calling certain individuals Extreme Right Wing instead of Right Wing.
Chris Grayling has expressed his fears of a huge lurch to parties to the right of The Conservative Party if Brexit is not delivered.

You need an argue about other countries but I am not sure British voters are moving to the right - the last election saw a higher turnout of younger voters which gave Labour their surprisingly good result. UKIP got something like 1 percent of the vote, way down on the 2015 result. Polls at the moment show Conservatives and Labour very close.

Recent pro Brexit demos have been very poorly attended, although the diehards who are attending seem more willing to get violent.

I think Mafketis mentioned it, but the real issue is that a sizeable amount of working class voters want the "Eastern Europeans" gone, and they think that Brexit will deliver that for them. The truth is that it won't, but that's what they've been led to believe. I fear that even if there's a no deal Brexit, they will lurch to the hard right once they realise that Pawel simply isn't going home.

As they should because Pawel should go home and help Poland build better future. That is if Pawel is still 100% Polish and 0% British.

In London it was The Asians that wanted The East Europeans out and voted Brexit,in the hope that more of their relatives will get in.

I think most working class people don't mind The East Europeans here,they just don't want any more.

London was/is majority remain. The highest leave voting areas were in rural eastern England and the industrial north, especially the less diverse parts of the north.

But if UKIP was the most right wing option on the ballot, why did they only get 1% of the vote ? What is the evidence for Britain being more right wing ?

The BNP was around in the 90s as far as I remember, but they have never had more than a few local councillors - not sure they ever had a single MP.

What I think is happening however is that the people who are still on the extreme right are become more hardcore and more dangerous. The people on the extreme left seem to be mainly older guys and environmental warriors.
