Which part you didn't get?

Nothing to get. The guy has a serious question and is being fecked around by an ex and he is concerned about his child and the corrupt and primitive Kafka-esque mess that is the Polish 'legal system'.

Relax Wulky with the easy life you found after you abandoned Poland and moved to Britain.

That's not what I was asking about and you know that also nobody said the OP hasn't asked serious question.

I am relaxed indeed and I didn't abandon my home country, I have close connection with it and often pay visits.

OP hasn't asked serious question.

It's a very serious question since he's been accused in court of Kidnapping. The English courts are bad enough about domestic or by other issues; the Polish courts are even 100x worse.

Ididnt abandon my home country

Yeah, right. I look forward to seeing all the ways that you have as an adult contributed to life in Poland.

I'm glad you agree with me.

Yeah, right. I look forward to seeing all the ways that you have as an adult contributed to life in Poland.

I spend money in Poland, I vote in elections and referendums, I participate in marches and many more.

I'm glad you agree with me.

I don't. The OP has to fight these people and unfortunately for him, to get justice or anything else resembling justice in Poland he will need to dig deep in his pockets. I know, I've been there Wulky...

I spend money in Poland

Good for you. So do I whenever I go out of my front door.

I participate in marches and many more

Makes all the difference....

I don't.

You sure? :-)

he will need to dig deep in his pockets.

I fear he can't afford it.

Good for you.

And Polish economy.

Makes all the difference

Of course, I bet you too participated in KOD or some other LGBT march more than once.

You sure? :-)

100%

I fear he can't afford it.

Same here, I also suspect his choices are limited by cost. This is however one area where he should beg, borrow or steal to get this right.

And Polish economy

I suspect it'll survive either way.

KOD or some other LGBT march more than once

'Some other'? Very different things, however I always attend the LGBT parade and once attended a KOD Polish pro-democracy rally because a friend, an elderly lady, invited me.

Hard to know how this matches the thread though.

Borrow? yes but nothing justifies stealing, begging is also not acceptable in my dictionary but I guess you have a different view on that matter.

'Some other'? Very different things

Depends how you look at it, if you see an army of spineless beta males on the KOD march it's hard to notice the difference between this and LGBT walk.

nothing justifies stealing

Some things do. You would steal to keep your family together and so would I.

if you see an army of spineless beta males on the KOD march

I see only normal men and women, albeit better educated than the average.

LGBT walk.

Likewise. How does that help the OP in his struggle with the courts?

You would steal to keep your family together

I wouldn't put myself in such a situation in the first place and advising some one to steal and most likely getting criminal records rather than achieving something is one of the worst things I have heard from you lately.

Atch comes out with that "gay" BS and has to be set straight.

I am an intelligent adult and am more than capable of choosing my own vocabulary. I was raised in a Catholic household by adults whose standards and morals quite possibly surpassed your own. I do not require any further guidance at this stage in my life from an anonymous and very questionable source.

I doubt anyone 'puts themself in that situation'.

most likely getting criminal records rather than achieving somethin

You would for a change achieve something - a full belly for your dependants - and no record unless you were caught. Hard to see how your ideas relate to the OP though who is being messed about by a family here who sound absolutely toxic.

Basically the OP needs very good legal advice and a skilled lawyer (most lawyers in Poland are lawyers in name only) which will cost him money.

I do not require any further guidance

With all due respect, since you seem to have fallen for the euphemsitic misnomer propaganda ("gay") of the LGBT/PC clique, perhaps you do. One is never too old to learn.

Whatever that is...

LOL: ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha!!!
That's the exact opposite of repeating a lie -- denying a fact. Any structure that has docile political, media and academic stooges at their beck and call is defintiely an establishment!

fallen for the euphemsitic misnomer propaganda

If I had fallen for propaganda I'd be singing the praises of introducing 'gender studies' if one could call it that into the primary school curriculum or at least I would have a neutral view of it whereas in fact I am absolutely opposed to it for the reasons I've already stated in this thread. Your foolish response to my comments and your inability to take anything from them other than to nit pick at the use of the term 'gay' instead of homosexual, only confirms my belief that I should pay no attention whatsoever to you.

One is never too old to learn.

Perhaps you should take a leaf from your own book. But bear in mind that if you do, then let your learning be from a creditable source.

Diminutive names are fine

Mod, please accept that edited (just as any other name) can well be a diminutive name of jon357. Is there any specific diminutive name you could suggest for a name containing numbers? Don't be silly, mod, a name like jon246 wouldn't be regarded as a diminutive one or maybe you think it would?

you obviously thing about it constantly

What kind of dialect is this?

Whatever dialect I want it to be.

edited , I obviously thing that you shoud stop your professional activities linked to the English language once you have started using the dialects of English you invented.

When I said call members by their usernames I meant it. Now you can have some time out so you won't forget next time.

Well said my friend.
Here in the United States things are finally coming together on this transgender malarkey especially here in Texas where we don't march to nonsense.

Here is the latest from Texas.
AUSTIN, Texas (AP) - A federal judge in Texas has blocked the Obama administration's order that requires public schools to let transgender students use the bathrooms and locker rooms consistent with their chosen gender identity.

In a temporary injunction signed Sunday, U.S. District Judge Reed O'Connor ruled that the federal education law known as Title IX "is not ambiguous" about sex being defined as "the biological and anatomical differences between male and female students as determined at their birth."

God bless America.
