After WW2 the borders changed and whole Poland 'moved West' losing Lwow and Vilnius to the Soviet Union, but gaining Szczecin and Wrocław from defeated Germans - much more prosperous, albeit quite ruined cities. We also received lots of well cultivated agricultural lands in exchange for our Kresy Wschodnie.

I'd say we no longer have a claim to Lwow and Polish population that decided to stay there (most people migrated to so called "Reclaimed Lands" in the West) will have to remain a national minority - the most we can do for them is taking care that their status is acknowledged by the gov in Kyiv and they have access to Polish language education. Of course they also have possibility to move and work in Poland thanks to easily available document called Karta Polaka.

There is no point in stressing that Lwow has been a part of Poland since the 14th century. It's the past, after WW2 everyone agreed to the new borders. Each time we try to change them, a can of worms gets opened.

The Australian Government is providing further support for the people of Ukraine with the gifting of six M777 155mm lightweight towed howitzers and howitzer ammunition to the Government of Ukraine.

Glad to see that Ukraine got what they wanted, the beginning of evacuation from Azovstal steelworks under the guarantee of the UN and the International Red Cross. Western journalists were able to be there to photograph it. Reuters photographs showed the civilians arriving in the Russian -controlled village of Bezimenne in the Donetsk region, around 30 km east of Mariupol, with Ukrainian number plates in a convoy with Russian forces and vehicles with United Nations symbols. Hopefully now with the IRC involved those civilians have some protection.

BS-ing again? That evacuation is Russia's gift. They could have wiped them out in a matter of hours if they decided to do it. IRC and UN are there because Russia let them but one would never conclude any of that from your post.
