Poland`s aid to Ukraine if Russia invades - part 3

Seems the Polish AHS Krab artillery vehicle is getting the job done for the Ukris. Unlike the french ceasars they are being produced on mass, We are going to keep supplying them :)

defence24.pl/przemysl/polska-sprzedala-kraby-ukrainie-rekordowy-kontrakt

For those not following the day by day developments of the invasion, the dkos article gives a good summary of the impact of HIMARS on the ruski armed forces. Looks like mine and others predictions of a July/August Ukranian massive counteroffensive will pan out.

dailykos.com/stories/2022/7/10/2096994/-Ukraine-Update-HIMARS-rules-the-night-aka-it-s-HIMARS-o-clock

'Season Three is about logistics, and the latest cast member, HIMARS, is stealing the show.
Prior to last night, there had been anywhere from a dozen to 18 ammo and C2 (command and control) targets hit by HIMARS and other Ukrainian long-distance rockets. But last night, the floodgates opened.'

Trent Telenko on twit also has an interesting thread that the S400s are not even able to track the GMLRS, despite it being marketed around the world to do so, and they are being destroyed as well. This will lead to Ukrainian aircraft/missiles being able to fly further into occupied territories.

Interesting that now Ukraine has these MLRS and lots of Russian ammunition depots are being hit in their occupied regions. I wonder if the Russians will realize that you can not win wars without ammo? Probably not, just keep marching to the front boys and try not to poop yourselves on the way.

Russia now also trying to mobilize more reinforcements, while Ukraine is planning a huge counteroffensive. The window of opportunity for Russia to win the war has been closing for weeks now, and it is going to close faster with more modern weapons arriving in Ukraine daily. Happy gulag biatches!

Rumour has it that Vitaly Neskorodov has been arrested.

CEO of the company that makes the S400/S300 missile launch system and other Military equipment.

Maybe he has been fudging the books and had been telling his lords and masters how good his S400 missiles were - and now maybe his lords and masters aren't happy with the performance...? the himars ripping through them like butter without even so much as a radar trace at mach 2?

HIMARS hit Ammo depot in Nova Kakhovka - Kherson. Absolutely incredible explosions.

Estimates that the Nova Kakhovka explosion could be north of 1kiloton.
we will see some satellite photos in the coming days.

Russia going to Iran seeking help with drones. Because they are getting liquidated faster than lemons on a hot day at a child's lemonade stand in Kiev. This will obviously hurt any discussions Iran was having with the US to renew a nuclear deal. Turkey will also be at those meetings, so anything that's done will get to NATO quickly. Putin flying to Iran would be a perfect time for taking him out. Like planes have mysteriously crashed and blown up in Russia, it could happen in Iran.

Russia going to Iran seeking help with drones

The persians are smart as f, but sanctions will surely stop them making kick ass drones. As for turkey being at the meeting, since they are the premier third world manufacturer of drones, i have a feeling they're there to make sure iran doesn't match em ;)

Sh*t... And where to bury such a crowd?

HIMARS hit Ammo depot in Nova Kakhovka

HIMARS hit fertilizers storage with large piles of ammonium nitrate. Result is similar to one in Beirut.
So, pure act of terror against local population, without much military significance.

the himars ripping through them like butter

First a bunch of rockets from "Olkha" MLRS (ukrainian +/- clone of russian "Smerch") was fired, and SAMs was fired all their loaded missiles to hit them. Then HIMARS passed through during SAMs reloading.

So, you can imagine how "Patriots" will be destroyed later by "nothing special". ;)

@Velund
Funny how Russians always lie. Clearly Ukraine is hitting their ammo dumps, multiple explosions being cited. Not even close to the explosion in Beirut. Yet, you claim its an act of terror on local population? Russia is a terrorist organization as a country for even being in Ukraine. Your army is a terrorist force. All the death coming to Russia is deserved and a lot is on the way.

@Velund

HIMARS hit fertilizers storage with large piles of ammonium nitrate. Result is similar to one in Beirut.

According to Reuters officials from the Russian-installed administration claim that warehouses containing saltpeter were destroyed:

reuters.com/world/europe/seven-dead-ukrainian-strike-russian-held-town-tass-says-2022-07-12/

Also Russian state-owned news agency TASS claims that "storage facilities holding mineral fertilizers and saltpeter" were hit:

tass.com/world/1478557

Ukrainians are saying they destroyed an ammunition depot. Even if it wasn't the case and a storage with saltpeter was hit, or, if besides the ammo depot also that saltpeter storage was hit additionally, it would still make sense from the military point of view, I think, since saltpeter is one of the principal ingredients in the production of gunpowder.

So, even if what Russians claim is true, hitting such storage facility wouldn't be "pure act of terror against local population, without much military significance". From a military point of view it makes sense to target not only ammunition storages, but also handicapping the enemy's ability to produce new ammunition by targetting storages with ingredients that are used to produce propellants for firearms and artillery.

Those mistery fires in Russia that have been happening since the start of invasion of Ukraine also included chemical plants and gunpowder factories.

we will see some satellite photos in the coming days.

Yeah, any fertilizer storage would be present there before the invasion, so I think such photos should show what was really hit.

Sh*t... And where to bury such a crowd?

Bury? From what we're hearing Russians are burning bodies in crematoriums, just like the Nazis during WWII.

We now established that the modern weapons work and your collection of rusty scrap doesn't.

Must be terrifying for your drunk comrades now - stuck on the frontlines freaking out about that while you are in your safe office in Moscow with a lukewarm cup of Nicaraguan coffee.

The path is clear - modern weapons and effective sanctions that will stop the bullying about oil and this war will be over soon and we can start to prosecute Lavrov and the others. Over to Germany and France to make this work now

When Ukraine takes back Kherson and they will, the land bridge to Crimea is gone and Russia is F'd.

A poll was commissioned by the Russian government and 30% of Russians want an immediate cease fire. 56% of those people 18 to 35 want an immediate end to the war, 70% of those 60 and over want the war to continue. It is a war of old men, and old soviets. This is the end of Russia, in five years it will not exist the way we have known it. By then Putin should be long dead.

It is a war of old men, and old soviets

IIRC old women are the most rabid about it.... Galeev calls the phenomenon "babushka fascism"....

putin has nothing to offer the young, all he can do is offer nostalgia to the soviet zombies dreaming happily of the times when they invaded hungary or czechoslovakia...

useless country, the quicker it's gone the better for humanity

Russia is planning a false flag terror attack hoping to blame Ukraine to erode international support, forewarned is forearmed.

Don't know if it's true but a couple of other attacks seem to have been called off after they were publicised ahead of time (the groundwork was laid then nothing happened)

Without payment? Are Ukrianians pay for twardy?

Listen potato farmer. If you want Poland to be an upper middle power, or a great power in europe to match germany then start thinking like one. Instead of thinking like a penny pinching yid. I thought that konfa supporters along with PiS and PSL want Poland to evolve towards strength and influence, as opposed to the others who want Poland to be a snivelling backward state and a source of cheap labour and cheap industries to the EU. We should proudly proclaim that we are part of the USA lend lease program to Ukraine.

Ukraine will get a huge invoice from Poland at the end of this.

I actually hope they don't. Instead, I hope we use this unique moment in time to cement Polish and Ukrainian brotherhood for centuries to come. Not to mention using that relationship to get priority on reconstruction contracts, and establish an unofficial 'union'; liberal market access, freedom of investment and movement, massive joint investment projects, integrating Ukraine into the three seas initiative. Look at the land mass and economic potential of Ukraine, Their top notch IT workforce as well as the heavy and agricultural industries. Poland should be the gold star partner/patron in making that happen. It will make us way stronger too, having Ukraine as our main neighbour ally, as opposed to kowtowing to Germany/France/EU at every whim.

Listen potato farmer

Listen city smug slinker. Without farmers you would eat rats and your kin. Show some respect!

Instead of thinking like a penny pinching yid.

There is nothing wrong with it. Why don't you pay for it? Why don't Australia pay for it if you can affort it?

You sound like a conman. They got their stuff they should pay or somobody should pay for it.
You want to give your money, do it. Why do you want to spend mine? No to that!
If Poland wil go bankrup that will not make it a big power or even small one but a looser. Tell your pa to cut off you from your family money you don't know anything.

I actually hope they don't.

Are you 18 yet?

Why don't Australia pay for it if you can affort it?

Australia is the biggest contributor to Ukraine military outside of NATO,we have sent them lots of stuff including our 155mm howitzers and both types of our state of the art APCs, Manpads etc. And yes i'm pretty confident they are getting it for free, so shut your trap and go back to picking beetroots as you were obviously doing that at the age of 15 instead of going to school.
