Why doesnt NATO do more to help instead of relying on the USA all the time? I hope the new Congress put the brakes on all this printing of money to defend the Ukraine. Let the Europeans pay for their defense its their backyard. Are we supposed to deplete our stockpile of weapons and leave ourselves defenseless?

@Joker, the US is getting involved because RuSSia isn't some insignificant, little country in the middle of nowhere. RuSSia positioned itself as the rival of the US on the world stage and RuSSia's strengthening by annexing strategical lands with resources isn't something that is going to be ignored.

Allowing Hitler to annex Czechoslovakia and Poland strenghtened Nazi Germany's industry and war machine making it even more powerful. By strengthening Nazi Germany the alliance of the Axis powers was strenghtened.

What do you mean? The US is the biggest and most powerful NATO country, so it's logical that it's helping more than, let us say, Denmark. But all kinds of NATO countries are helping. Some even more than one could expect based on their size and capabilities, like the Czech Republic or Poland.

All NATO countries spending the compulsory GDP % on defense would be a start. Not doing things like pulling the rug out from under missile defense in NATO's Eastern flank. Setting up more bases in Eastern flank. Maybe establish more naval bases in Baltic and in places like Bulgaria. Support for the 3 Seas Initiative. Leaders not making stupid remarks like "If Russia unleashes a nuke, we won't retaliate (Macron)", "if Russia invades it'll be a small skirmish (Biden)" "Nuclear armageddon (Biden)".

Things along those lines.

This idea that Russia must dissolve or be made in the image of the West are not merely fantasy, but the type of things that would force a desperate autocrat to do something unthinkably desperate--it no longer would be about regional hegemony but existence.

After huge orders for tanks, long-range howitzers and FA 50 light fighters, Poland has just ordered Chunmoo rocket launchers from Seoul, Korea.
A Polish-Korean contract in Warsaw for the supply of 288 K239 Chunmoo surface-to-surface missile launchers just got approved.
These are missile sets for destroying land targets armed with guided missiles with a range of tens to hundreds of kilometers.
