Would you not call it psychopathic, when a person addresses strangers as "vomit inducing scum", or wishes them to die shortly? In civilian life, these types of epithets and curses are reserved for extraordinary situations.

I don't know. As recently as a month ago, it was a strike on a busy market street we got blamed for. Then the NY Times published an article, where it was proven that this was a strike by a Ukrainian AD missile.
