Poland's aid to Ukraine if Russia invades - part 21

Paulina

Zelensky doesnt mention anything like a peace deal.

Eh? Did you see RuSSia's conditions? "The demilitarization of Ukraine"? Are you f*cking kidding me??? lol 🤦

@Paulina
The key point is no NATO, and Russia will get that. Everything else is a somewhat soft position.

Trump never gave a two weekk notice before. He said that he would not wait much longer. And I hope he does not. Both Russia and Ukraine are completely unreasonable in some of their demands.

Are you f*cking kidding me?

That's what he's doing. It's a sign of desperation. He knows it won't go his way so he's making maximalist demands to try and save face. He won't get any of the things on his list and there is no reason he should.

One of the sillier demands is for the arrest warrants to be cancelled. Yet trumpet's country isn't even a participant in the International Court of Justice and therefore have no way of agreeing or offering that, and of course the court isn't party to any negotiations or subject to political control.

Golden Cow also says they want to concentrate on solving other global problems - but they screw up anything they touch.

Why doesn't he concentrate on the things he wants to do in America and leave the rest of the world in peace

Both Russia and Ukraine

'both sides' crap doesn't work when there is a clearn, unambiguous aggressor and a clear, unambiguous defender...

"The demilitarization of Ukraine"? Are you f*cking kidding me??? lol 🤦

What's the big deal?

Who's Ukraine planning on attacking in the future? Slovakia? Maybe Hungary, or Moldova?

I think... and this is just my opinion - that Ukraine wants to maintain a large military so that it is able to fight Russia.

At the same time, even Zelensky says - "the way out of this conflict lies in diplomacy, and not the military dimension".

So what's the difference - whether you have a military or not? If Russia violates all agreements and reinvades, I'm sure the West will again flood Ukraine with weapons. So many weapons, that it will make whatever Ukraine produced in the interwar period look like a drop in the ocean. Again Kiev will mobilize men and turbo charge conscription.

If Ukraine ever has to fight Russia in a second iteration of this war, then it will be well aided - don't have to be a genius to predict this.

So why does it need to maintain a huge army in the interim? I think... and again this is just my opinion - that they will use it to claw back territories in the same way they did during Minsk I and II.

Kinda like Azerbaijan, Armenia, and Karabakh. Why did Azerbaijan need a massive army, if it was not to violate the Karabakh ceasefire and try to take that territory back from Armenia through force? No reason! So at the end of the day, it is exactly what happened.

As soon as the rest of the world stops asking the US to keep funding this bvllshit I am sure he will focus solely on the US. But as long as everyone keeps crying about democracy and the US "has to" do this or that, your argument is really a nothingburger.

@mafketis
Aggresor like people on PF attacking people and others defending themselves? Right. How about Ukraine not keeping with the Minsk accords? Or maybe Zelensky running for office as a peace maker and then not being one? While Putin should not be trusted, neither should Ukraine.

But the rest of the world is not asking for that. As you have been told many times, the EU and other countries have spent just as much on aid and weapons as the US. And they haven't asked for all of Ukraine's minerals in perpetuity either.

Listening to the US whining is become tiresome for everybody.

so that it is able to fight

So that they are able to defend.

Something that anyone with eyes can see is badly needed, given they are currently being invaded by a hostile country with an appalling record of carrying out atrocities.

So what's the difference - whether you have a military or not?

Do you need to ask that?

And if it makes no difference, why doesn't r*SSia demilitarise?

How about

How about you stop repeating MAGA talking points that are warmed over russian propaganda and lies....

russia does not want peace.... at all, if the war stops with Ukraine it will start somewhere else, probably another ex-soviet country (not the baltics.... yet though those are on the schedule)

What on earth makes you think that russia wants peace?

Torq
29 Apr 2025  #765

So what's the difference - whether you have a military or not?

Cunning but a bit too obvious.

If Ukraine disbands its military, then in case of war there is no way they will be able to call up enough men to arms quickly enough, so the current defensive line would be lost immediately, and constructing another in the chaos of invasion and countrywide mobilization would be near impossible. That's why Ukraine needs a standing army and the current frontline defensive positions to be manned by adequate forces, not to attack Russia but to defend.

russia does not want peace...

Of course they don't. They are increasing weapons production, recreating wartime military districts and commands, and already started propaganda machine depicting the EU as Nazis (remember the recent Lavrov's ramblings?). From Russia's point of view ending the war now doesn't make any sense. MAGA idiots want to make the biggest mistake one can ever make with Russia - give them передышка.

The only way out of this situation would be to mobilize conventional European NATO armies (and I mean common mass mobilisation) ASAP and simultaneously enter Królewiec, Belarus and Ukraine (with secondary operations in Murmansk, Karelia, Pskov and Leningrad Oblasts). If the United Stated controlled the nuclear escalation (and I don't think gold toilet sh*tters want to live under ground like rats for the rest of their lives), then the blitzkrieg would last 3-4 months and it would be all over. Properly democratic government would be installed in Moscow and era of peace and prosperity would come. However, this won't happen with agent Trumpov in the White House.

So, more European NATO countries need to develop their own nukes (Finland, Germany, Poland and Romania for a start), so that we can control the escalation ourselves. This would also allow to free ourselves from American domination and emerge as the greatest world superpower. Hahahahahahaha (sinister laugh from horrors).

I like Trump. Still he is handling this war not to my satisfaction...

He should have told Z, P, and the Euros that the US is out - effective today. No more money, no more tanks and planes. Fvck off. Goodbye...Your fvcking war...Deal with it.

And above all: DO NOT CALL!

Also: Take that Article 5 and shove it up up your asses. We will not commit suicide for anybody. Poland included.

Because we are afraid of the Yanks

If you haven't realised by now that they aren't actually very good at much and in any case have enough problems of their own and do not threaten your borders, then you certainly should.

Plus of course, they're a nation founded on democracy (although the native Americans might disagree) and are generally subject to the rule of law.

A great point and one that some of the more extreme Yanks on this forum should wake up to.
I think that Trump trying to take advantage of the Ukraine over it's minerals is disgusting and puts the USA in a very poor light.

Did Poland finally decided to stand with Hungary and Serbia?

No.

I never "liked" him but was glad when he won the election, anything had to be better than Biden!
But now?He is just £vcking up all over the place!!!

You are like a naive little girl who was just told that Santa is for real...

This mother fvcker Biden - your favorite president - opened the border and let 10 million scumbags in without any authorization from Congress.

He didn't even ask them if they were convicted criminals.

He just ignored his job description and the rule of law.

Please don't say stupid shlt.

A question for Euros:

If that war was between Colombia and Venezuela, would you contribute as much money as you did to this one?

Of course, not...You would call it an American war and happily watch it from a safe distance - plus the lectures how we can't manage our own backyard.

This is the email Trump sent to that EU bit*ch, Ursula: This war is all yours. Fvck you. We are done.

Lavrov Signals No Pullback: "Russia Does Not Negotiate Its Own Territory''

The US does not negotiate its own territory, either.

I am so happy we are in agreement...I love Russia and Lavrov.

cms neuf

But Colombia and Venezuela are peaceful countries who wouldn't invade their neighbors in a colonial war - just as when you talk about Mexico having missiles it just makes no sense - North Nigeria is the only country that behaves like this so keep your pointless analogies.

If there was a clear aggressor who was raping, thieving and murdering in a 1940s style, then I am sure Poland would back the aggrieved party. They would probably take their lead from the USA and the UN.

Lavrov is of course indicating that the NN Nazis have no intention of a ceasefire - their victory day pause is just to let them have their crappy parade without embarrassment. Victory Day for a war started by the UNNR with their Nazi German allies

@Miloslaw
A great point? WTF are you talking about. The EU has 100 million more people than the US, it should be carrying all of the burden for Ukraine. The US shouldnt be involved at all. But the EU cant do that because they are too busy making sure everyone buys electric cars, and listens to Gretta Thunberg. Ask the average American if they care what the average European thinks about them and see how many times you're told to FO.

Now Rubio has said that solid plans for an end to the war are needed in the next two weeks or the US is out. All the EU and UK talk about supporting Ukraine forever may just happen. Watch how quickly Ukraine spirals out of control if the US steps back. In one week of no intelligence or support they lost almost all the territory they had in Kursk. If the US is out, the front lines will collapse in 90 days or less. All the fvcking around is about to lead Ukraine to finding out how bad it can get.

This war is all yours

This is more of an American war than any other. This is the American army testing new types of weapons and new methods of combat in this war, and all this without any losses of its own. Another opportunity like this won't come around anytime soon. No, the American (army) will not
retreat, especially now that this war has turned into a war of drones and cyborgs and crawler robots.

cms neuf
30 Apr 2025  #780

They didn't lose all their territory in Kursk - they are still there.

Yesterday you said 2 weeks, and now again you are saying 2 weeks today, the same will be tomorrow ? But Ukraine agreed to a ceasefire 6 weeks ago on the terms suggested by Rubio. The problem is that the North Nigerians are not interested

What have electric cars and the EU got to do with this ? Is it conceivable that they have one office dealing with electric cars and another dealing with murderers who invade peaceful countries.

Want a benzin car ? Fine - I am sure you can go into any dealer in Krakow and buy one, or try Otomoto.pl
