You can save a lot. Just change your election system to assure that every person coming to polling station have legal ID and SSN, and assure that only one vote per SSN is accepted.

To start - if all this will happen near Red Square, they will be "served" by FSO (Federal Guards Service) - analog of US Secret Service. Kremlin is a specially guarded object and police is called there just to get away already "processed" violators. If this will happen somewhere else - police will act, if necessary with SWAT group. I give them 20-30 minutes in this case, or 3-5 minutes if FSO will act.

Attempt to throw feces to police officers probably will be qualified as assault to a police officer on duty and lead to up to a 5 year prison sentence. And I suspect that this guys will wait police transport lying on the road. With faces on their own feces.

Those who not participated in assaults to a police will be detained in immigration control centers and deported ASAP, with ban to enter country for 5-10 years. Those who was not so smart will get the same, but a years later, after completing their "prison university course".

In this respect, the US laws are totally insanity. Instead of making it extremely painful, the illegals are actually rewarded with a work permit while they wait for a hearing that will be two years away. Over ninety percent of them never show up so they just stay here permanently. If caught, they are not deported. That would be too simple. Another immigration judge, another hearing. With that policy, we have about 20 million of this garbage.

Someone make a lot of money on that cheap workforce and have enough resources for lobbying that ultra-liberal legislation.

That's exactly what it is. The facts that some here are greedy and would sell the country to make a buck is not the worst of it. It's the fact that the lower 80% who are screwed by the top 5% that keep voting in their enablers over and over.
