Well of course. It is fact that as soon as white people move out of an area and brown/black people start moving in the area goes to **** - crime increases, trash is everywhere, property values decline, etc.

I can't think of a single example where a bunch of blacks, muslims, etc moved en masse to an area and as a result it became safer, less crime, the schools better, the area cleaner, etc. Yet when white people leave an area and non whites move in everyone knows what happens. Even amongst the educated - a recent study in UK showed that despite foreign doctors being a minority they represent the majority of abuse and sexual assault against patients.

Its the same thing in Europe as the USA. Take the United Kaliphate or germanistan as an example. London use to be peaceful and have little crime when native Brits were the majority decades ago.
