USA News and Poland - Part 2

I can go anywhere without 100k neckbeards all snack baring in public like during ramadumb in Birmingham

Those people are all doctors, engineers and scientists Dirk......... there to enrich the culture.

Velund

No one gets jailed here for thought crime

Yes, special agents will help you to say your thoughts first, and you'll be jailed tor conspiacy, not thoughts.

Rich Mazur
15 Nov 2019  #1713

you'll be jailed tor conspiracy, not thoughts.

Only if the conspiracy is to commit a felony.
I can say to the head of the FBI - with a recorder running and with a dozen FBI agents next to us as witnesses - that I hate Muslims immigrants and that I want all immigration of non-whites stopped and just walk away without any fear that I will see them again. I could even say that I wish them all dead and still have no fear of prosecution.

That First Amendment is a wonderful thing and the Ministry of Approved Feelings is not. You, Euros, should try it. You would like it.
That is why Dirk is right about the US vs the UK. I have zero doubt that I would be posting from a UK prison by now.

Velund

Only if the conspiracy is to commit a felony.

And the fine art of "sting operation" masters is to record something, that can be considered a conspiracy to commit a crime. Dumb trolling work too, grand jury does not have a sense of humor, and most of hooked people will agree to plea bargain anyway.

@johnny reb

More like witch doctors and mud hut engineers.

Yes, special agents will help you to say your thoughts first, and you'll be jailed tor conspiacy, not thoughts.

No one gets arrested here for thoughts or speaking. Even if you say some **** like "the jews/blacks/whites/etc should be killed" that's not enough to be arrested. Even if you said you will kill x y and z specifically it won't hold up in court unless they can prove you had weapons, were tracking x y and z's movements, etc. and even then its a hit or miss. In the United Kaliphate merely saying facts like that muslims are responsible for the vast majority of child molestations and rapes is enough to get you fined and/or arrested. Even posting a picture that mocks the buckingham palace's most famous coal burner is enough to get you imprisoned for years as one unfortunate Polish dude found out.

The only people who get jailed in the US for conspiracy is either conspiracy to distribute and less frequently white collar conspiracies, not politically related things and most certainly not for speaking their mind, unlike the UK

@Dirk
And this is exactly why the Eurps here are so jealous of us Pol - Americans.
We can say what we want to and they can't say sht if they had a mouthful in fear of being arrested.
"Give me liberty, or give me death!" is a quotation attributed to Patrick Henry from a speech he made to the Second Virginia Convention on March 23, 1775, at St. John's Church in Richmond, Virginia.

Henry is credited with having swung the balance in convincing the convention to pass a resolution delivering Virginian troops for the Revolutionary War.
The American Revolutionary War (1775-1783), also known as the American War of Independence , was a war between Great Britain and its Thirteen Colonies which declared independence in July 1776 as the United States of America.

Seems the people of Great Britain would have seen just what "Liberty" was and wanted it for themselves but here they are 243 years later and they are still being used as "Useful Idiots" and can't say what they want to.

Shameful, just shameful.
That is why when they call us Pol - Americans idiots........down deep I feel pity for them knowing their inferiority frustrations.

Dumb trolling work too,

Let's take it to the chase: As a Russian troll who hates everything and everybody, would I be subject to prosecution in the UK, for example? Or Germany.

It's a yes/no question.

Here, under the US laws, I am not. Prosecutorial misconduct and false testimonies - like those fake metoo "rapes" twenty years ago - are a different story.

Miloslaw
15 Nov 2019  #1718

Yes, the USA has it's problems

It certainly does, and much worse than The UK.

You can't even express your opinion

Just not true...

the United Kaliphate allowed muzzie to have a parallel legal system

Again, just not true.
You have a very anti British stance here.... like many colonialists... all b#lloc#s of course.

I've been to UK numerous times

So you keep saying, but you only visit Muslim areas like Tower Hamlets where you say your family live.
That is about as credible as me saying that I holiday with my family in the worst parts of south side Chicago..... pull the other one mate!

And FYI London recently managed to exceed NYC's violent crime

Why pick NY that has improved immensely recently? And is still worse than London.
Compare to other US cities, like Baltimore, Chicago, New Orleans or St.Louis?

Your whole post was just a fascist Brit hating diatribe and a load of ba##s.
You know nothing about Britain at all.
Talk to Joker.
He knows a bit about this country and will educate you.....
And you seriously need educating....

Miloslaw
15 Nov 2019  #1719

We can say what we want to and they can't say sht

More uneducated nonsense.
We have freedom of speech in The UK.

down deep I feel pity for them knowing their inferiority frustrations

I can assure you that Brits have no inferiority complex towards Americans.
Quite the reverse........ we feel that many Americans are jealous of our long and successful history.
After all, that is why they teach it in American schools......
Brits also do not hate our ancestral cousins.... in fact we admire you for what our people have achieved.
Yet you disown us.....your grandfathers...... if it wasn't for Brits the USA would never have existed!

Rich Mazur

Let's cut the crap. From Wikipedia:

United Kingdom
In the United Kingdom, several statutes criminalize hate speech against several categories of people. The statutes forbid communication that is hateful, threatening, or abusive, and targets a person on account of disability, ethnic or national origin, nationality (including citizenship), race, religion, sexual orientation, or skin colour.

United States
The United States does not have hate speech laws, since American courts have repeatedly ruled that laws criminalizing hate speech violate the guarantee to freedom of speech contained in the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.

en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hate_speech

Period. End of discussion.

Miloslaw
15 Nov 2019  #1721

End of discussion.

No.
It just means that hate speech is permisable in the USA.
Is that really such a good thing?
There is a subtlety that you have maybe missed.
We are free to say what we want as long as it it is not based on hatred.

Rich Mazur
15 Nov 2019  #1722

I was free to say what I wanted as long as it was not dissatisfaction with the communist party. Therefore, communist Poland had free speech. Sure.

"Hatred" is inside your brain. How do the UK police get there? Do they have "hatred" detectors?

Velund
15 Nov 2019  #1723

How do the UK police get there?

Through the ass, as everything in EU now? ;)

Prosecutorial misconduct... - are a different story.

Do you think that something will be able to stop the agent who sensed the opportunity to add to his track record a dozen more "solved crimes", the persons involved in which are already conveniently detained in prison? I know a guy who got two new sentences in two states (with the same identical "evidence" that feds used in initial case) while was jailed.

Miloslaw
15 Nov 2019  #1724

"Hatred" is inside your brain

It is also in your words.

Rich Mazur
15 Nov 2019  #1725

Do you think that something will be able to stop the agent who sensed the opportunity to add to his track record

That is a totally different subject. Cops also rape everywhere. We are comparing the laws as written.

It is also in your words.

That is why Europe has the Ministry of Approved Words and we don't. Once you have it as a precedent, the next step is the Ministry of Approved Feelings and Thoughts. After that, the Ministry of Approved Secret Desires and Dreams. After that a gulag with re-education classes like in China. Hello 1984.

Velund
15 Nov 2019  #1726

We are comparing the laws as written.

"As written", USSR constitution was not bad at all. Maybe even better than US constitution. ;)

Hello 1984.

Looks like current EU bureaucrats used Orwell as a guide, not as antiutopy fiction book. ;)

Velund
15 Nov 2019  #1727

BTW, just seen in the news, that US border guards shot to russian citizen that tried to cross the border from Mexico. Let's see what will be difference between latinos, doing the same, and russian guy (currently in hospital in Arizona).

"As written", USSR constitution was not bad at all. Maybe even better than US constitution. ;)

That would be a good argument if we compared the US with a criminal and totalitarian system of oppression. Apples and poisonous mushrooms.
The US vs the UK comparison is apples and apples, except that the American apples are better and less expensive.
Plus, we don't have to explain what is on our minds. They do.

16 Nov 2019  #1730

we feel that many Americans are jealous of our long and successful history.

lol...Americas history started when a rag tag Army of Americans threw the 'mighty' Brits out of America and sent them home with their tail between their legs.

Who is inferior now ?

...... if it wasn't for Brits the USA would never have existed!

Don't you mean if it wasn't for America bailing the Brit's out of two world wars Britain would not exist.
Who is inferior now ?

I can assure you that Brits have no inferiority complex towards Americans.

Dig Milo Dig !

Maybe your history started before then - with the Native Americans and their rich culture.

As a Polish American you have as much connection to the Algonquin and Iroquois as you do to the lawyers and plantation owners of Virginia and Pennsylvania that led the Revolution.

Ironside
16 Nov 2019  #1732

As a Polish American you have as much connection to

As an American (if he is a one) he has as much connection to its history as much as Robert E. Lee descendants. (Lee as an example)\\

with the Native Americans and their rich culture.

yeah sure, what rich culture, aloe they weren't native Americans they were members of particular tribes. There is no American before people from Europe populated it.

Miloslaw
16 Nov 2019  #1733

when a rag tag Army of Americans

And where were most of those "Americans" born?

johnny reb
16 Nov 2019  #1734

Trick question right ?
All Americans were born in America but the French Army was involved also.
So the answer to your question would be most all of them were born in the United States of America since the Mayflower was an English ship that transported the first English Puritans, known today as the Pilgrims, from Plymouth, England to the New World in 1620.

And since the Revolutionary War was in 1784, 8 generations later this rag tag army were mostly American born Americans, French and even some Indians.
And since the life expectancy back in 1785 was 33 years old most were born in the United States of America.
Lord General Cornwallis surrenders at Yorktown in 1781, surrendering 8,000 British soldiers and seamen to a French and American force at Yorktown, Virginia, bringing the American Revolution to a close.

The American rag tag Army spanked the Brits and sent Cornwallis home in shame with his knickers down around his ankles.
How could the most powerful and highly trained military (paper lion) be whipped by a bunch of 8th generation American settlers who were just fur traders and farmers ???

You will have to google your own history lessons from here on as I have no time to tutor you on the subject anymore.
Cheers old chap !

Miloslaw
16 Nov 2019  #1735

@johnny reb

So I will educate you.
They were mainly born in one of the 13 British colonies of America.
Collectively known as British America.Check out the flag of British America.
Also check out the British American demands for Rights of Englishmen.
This war was Brits v Brits.....

@Miloslaw

I know enough about uk to know theres sharia courts and that therea hordes of ninja women.

Just not true...

100% true. People like tommy robinson and countless others including a polish teen have been imprisoned merely for pointing out the muslim, paki rape squad, royal mud shark and other problems. Unlike the united kailphate no one gets arrested in the usa for talking about problems that turd worlders bring.

And my family doesnt live in tower hamlets. I walk my cousins dog there as i get a kick out of the neckbeards and ninjas getting out of the way and especially when the dog relieves himself on some islamic cultural center, sharia court or mosque.

Is that really such a good thing?

So now your saying there isnt freedom of speech, just that what can be arbitrarily classified as hate speech isnt permitted... man a ****** country where tge government decides what is legal to say and what isnt. I guess the united kaliphate have more in common with middle eastern countries than sharia courts and a bloated muslims population afterall...

Yes people can express their opinions unlike arguably the most cucked country in europe. So cucked in fact that the natives are a minority in their own capital. And forget about places like birminghamistan where 100k people snackbar in public every ramadumb.

Instead the united kaliphate spends millions on thought crime cops to patrol the interner instead of going after paki rape squads which abused thousands of white kids with impunity.

Rich Mazur
16 Nov 2019  #1737

a country where the government decides what is legal to say and what isn't.

I wonder what they call it there...Ministry of Approved Words or Approved Sentences.
I always knew that 1984 would first show up in the UK or Germany where the residents love their governments and take pride in obeying their laws no matter how idiotic or oppressive.

Poles and other Eastern European tribes are too hot blooded and too hard to control. Brits and Germans are easy. Just tell them that it's the law and they will jump off the cliff. With a smile.

Dirk diggler
16 Nov 2019  #1738

Atleast in Poland there is censorship and there isnt total freedom of speech, but its mainly limited to insulting the country and christianity which imo is good. People who talk stupid **** about their own motherland and the religion that some 97% of the people follow should be quartered but thats just me...

The brits, swedes, germans, french and many other w european and scandinavian countries natives are simply cucked. Instead of not letting in turd worlders like poland, hungary, slovakia and czechy they use tax payer money to buy pizzas for somali drug dealers asking them to stop assaulting natives and raping teenage swedes. And like in UK, if you criticize the insane immigration policies well youll be brought to court.

Instead of going after paki rape squads and getting rid of the no go zones where the majority of violent crime occurs and basically 100% of the rapes, they go after natives who criticize the policies. Its a clown world simple as that.

Even the stuff written on here would be enough to get a person fined or jailed if they were writing it while living in the uk, germany, etc.

Rich Mazur
16 Nov 2019  #1739

That's exactly what I just posted. I would already be in an EU prison somewhere.

and getting rid of the no go zones

In 1993, some morons decided to make their "religious" compound a no-go zone in Waco, Texas. As opposed to the chickens in Europe, the ATF and the FBI didn't like that idea and, after 51 days of negotiations - which should have been 51 minutes - sent the occupants to meet their Maker.

No no-zones in the US since. Good job, guys.

Miloslaw
16 Nov 2019  #1740

I know enough about uk to know theres sharia courts and that therea hordes of ninja women.

That just proves that you know absolutely nothing about The UK.
All fantasy.... like your Polish relatives live anywhere even close to Tower Hamlets..... I don't know of any Poles that would even contemplate living there....

As I said before, just like the worst parts of South side Chicago..... no sane Poles live there!

People like tommy robinson

Tommy is a good man.
But he was not imprisoned for the reasons you atated.
He was imprisoned for contempt of court.
You obviously do not have a clue and need to shut up before you make an idiot of yourself.
