The Electoral College is in the laws of the United States. What Trump calls it is irrelevant to the question of its legitimacy.

Stealing property is as felony. Destroying it is a felony. Setting anything on fire is a felony. I am already on count 3. Hate speech is an attachment, not a crime in itself.
