Concerning Russia... I don't receive any personal direct stimulus payment at all, my employer got some subsidy to keep at least minimum salary for employees they keep employed during lockouts. And that worked better that "helicopter money" for those, who worked in "legal zone". Smart ass businness owners who used illegals and avoid taxes at all cost got nothing at all, and there was great cry about this in some specific "business circles". Disabled and kids got some stimulus automatically, without need to apply. Also, only legals.

PS: Company I work for got a strong hit in a first lockdown wave, as we had a number of contracts with government owned businesses that is strongly limited by law in the ways of purchasing any goods or services. Only tender mechanism in selecting of supplier, and only post-payment in 90 day period after comisioning of installed equipment. We had to purchase parts on own money (usually short time bank credits), add our own products, and had to do the installations ASAP to be eligible for payment before specific deadline. And oops, many facilities where our field engineers should do the installations was locked down, with access only for vital employees for keeping production that cannot be stopped and infrastructure support. No way to get there to do our work as per contract. No honey - no money (C).

Yes. It was 16 hours and cost me $200. It was a must condition of getting the concealed carry license. We don't need any classes to buy guns and ammo. Just an application for and the FOID card itself.
