They only adopted these kids for the "government gibs." This isn't anything unusual to be honest. Black people treat their kids horribly. I see it all the time - they'll grab their kids and throw them around like a rag doll, scream at them in public for the smallest things, and then while they're in the car play rap music at full volume about shooting people and dealing drugs. They encourage them to go out rob, steal, sell drugs, etc. I can take you to neighborhoods around here where there's kids on bicycles 10, 12 years old acting as look-outs and by the time they're 14 they're already pitching packs or carrying the pistol because if they're caught they'll go to juvie. 9/10 times they're put out there by their own family. Its not every black family, but it sure as hell is a lot more common than in white or hispanic families. Honestly, it makes me feel super grateful that my parents never put me through **** like that. I have a ton of respect for the black people I know that grew up in an environment like that and made it out and actually did something with their lives. Most of them move to a safe white area as soon as they have enough money. One of the guys that works for us did 20 years for a murder he committed as a teenager. My dad got shot at Monday driving on the highway near Calumet City. Two cars were shooting it out on the other side of the road and a bullet went across the highway and hit the rear driver side of his car. Big 45 slug too. He got lucky asf. Broad daylight, on a public highway and even there they're shooting it out.

I am going to make a wild guess that the shooter was a proud and mostly peaceful African American defending his freedom to trade what looks like white powder.
