A key witness (a Mr. Hall) is planning to plea the fifth to not incriminate himself.
He happened to be the passenger in Floyd's car at the time of Floyd's arrest.

According to a Minnesota official, Mr. Hall provided a false name to officers at the scene of Mr. Floyd's arrest.
At the time, he had outstanding warrants for his arrest on felony possession of a firearm, felony domestic assault and felony drug possession.
You can't make this stuff up. LOL

No. Mr. Hall's warrant is for a good citizen award blacks get for not killing or raping anyone in the last 12 months.

Police Superintendent David Brown... said the fatal shooting is an example of several recent violent crimes in the city involving juveniles, including several carjackings.

There has also been a spike in juveniles aged 17 and under being arrested for first-degree murder, with 36 arrested for homicide in 2020, a 35 percent increase on 2019.

For the benefit of the Euro leftist teachers here, a group of black thugs went recently to the Chicago law library to study the issue and discovered that as long as they are 14-year-old thugs or younger, they are untouchable. Hence, 135% increase in carjackings with guns in the hands of the 12-year-old brown darlings. They also found out that resisting them is child abuse and punishable by one year in jail.

Might as well just shoot the carjacker and take you chances with the jury instead.

The problem is that there is no defense against carjacking even if the driver has a gun. If he goes for it, he is dead.

Exactly and that is what car insurance is for.

Just watched some of the testimonies of the Floyd trial. Powerful stuff, I wonder how the defends intents to respond.

There are no carjackings by white "yours". They work, save, and buy cars. All in Chicago were by the youths with hyphens.


I wonder how the family would react to the news that a miracle occurred, Floyd is alive, and the 40 mills have to be returned.

They don't really have a defence. Having was trained in control/restraint and wasn't using any correct technique. He knew that he was cutting off air, he kept doing it for 9 minutes. A fire officer who was trained as a first responder was there and she was held back at gunpoint. Members of the public warned him of the danger which he chose to ignore. And it's all on film.

Racists are trying to bring Mr Floyd's character and history into the matter. That's irrelevant and would be laughed out of court. It isn't the role of the police to dispense 'rough justice' (or any other sort of justice); the police have to treat everyone equally.

Why would he,I roll down all 4 windows with both hands on wheel and when he asks for documents tell him they are in the glove compartment and take them out and hand him with PBA card,a nice small convo and I am on my way usually with my PBA card unless I was doing over 20 MPH then they keep that and mail it to the issuing officer.In case its dark I light the the cabin lights so he can see it all.
