What I really want to know is if anyone could show me anywhere in the Constitution, Bill of Rights or any other legislation where it says that our Government has the right to use our tax payers money for "Charitable Causes" which is most Welfare Plans and Foreign Aid.

In fact I am sure that one of our founding fathers said that it was not to be used for charity to avoid buying votes like it is being used for today.

Insurance or not, totally broke, you can just walk in there and the have to treat you. You wont get the best treatment, the bare minimum, but they cant refuse you.

If you have Insurance you get a hospital bed, aftercare and a team of doctors and discounted meds. Without Insurance a quick patch job and a phone number to clinic ,but most of them get free healthcare with their food stamps.
