No, not true. I actually heard with my own two perfectly-pitched ears the radio interview every media outlet is claiming Trump was pro-Putin. It's bullshit he was pro-Putin. What he was saying (in his clumsy way) is that Putin came up with this genius plan to say that regions of Ukraine are independent and that Russia is going to enter as peackeeper. He then went on to mock the whole "peacekeeper" idea, saying, "yeah, peacekeeper with 200,000 troops amassed with tanks, etc.,etc." The whole thrust of what he was saying is that the Biden administration's ineptitude has significantly contributed to this crisis. He's right.

I recall listing the sanctions Trump imposed on Russia and the military hardware he authorized to be sent to Uke a couple years ago. I think you scoffed at it. Here's an example, in the round of sanctions Biden just ordered he sanctioned a bank that was already sanctioned under Trump. So, the accuracy of your statement is not accurate, which is understandable being that you are in Europe and don't get the full story, unless you care to search out and get into some of the nitty-gritty publications or news sources concerning American politics.

Besides, these sanctions need bigger teeth and be backed by a will of strength. Leading up to the invasion, Biden was anything but strong, rather he said stuff like "it's OK for a small incursion", "an attack is inevitable." Pawian, don't buy the snake oil being sold about Biden, he has been a consistent indecent, weak, mediocre, and wrong politician for his entire career.
