The Dobbs ruling did not strip rights to anything. It simply stated that Roe was wrongly decided as there has never been a constitutional right to abortion--as there certainly is not. The Court simply deferred the issue back to state legislatures, in other words back to the voting public.

Is anyone aware of a survey that frames the question of abortion as something like "do you support the right to ending the life of a human being in womb"? I'd be interested in knowing how many would support that...the terms abortion, prochoice are abstractions.
