That JR is called an investment in our children's future. While its costly, rounding them up will save a lot more over the course of a lifetime of handouts to non citizens. It will eliminate a lot of scholarships given on skin color and not merit to universities and a whole lot of other positive results will flow from it. When I had to go through all I did to get residency, then citizenship with clear documentation showing the family line to Poland, and it took years, why doesn't the US have the same or similar policies? It should not be just a matter of getting into the country, you should have to follow procedure. Slow yes, but thats just life.
