Yes, but that information doesn't help you much if you cannot present some proof to the alleged countries of birth. The official procedure is to contact the embassies and find some common ground to start the deportation. That can take ages and doesn't work for a large number of people, as the British Rwanda scheme shows. And I haven't even started to talk about the lawyers yet.
