His idea is to create a modern city with jobs and housing. Something Palestine couldnt do under Hamas. Something Palistine can do under the US, but wouldnt do under Israel. The plan makes a lot of sense and solves a lot of problems. Palestinians dont need Hamas if they have their own place. Lets remember, its the palestinians who have rejected every peace deal ever put to them and every offer for their own independent state because they think they should own all of Israel. Unreasonable animals of Hamas could never deliver these things.
