If an unelected official / judge can revert the acting president's decision on anything, this is a very confusing and inefficient legal system.

This judge actually tried to have the prisoner planes turned around in mid air to bring these criminals back. This judge should be impeached soon.

The problem is that when a judge is appointed by a democrat president, it's almost a given he/she will vote against a republican president's case, and vice versa. It suggests judges are not impartial and corrupted by default. The US must do something about that.
