Yes. The National Guard is to protect citizens from rioters, looters, and illegal activity when the LAPD is unable to control things. Unarmed? Germany has lotsa illegals....years of former govs looking the other way and ignoring that growing problem worked like a global invitation....I try to imagine they taking to the streets because our new gov will also now do something about it at last.
