Why do you need God to be strong for witness?

I like Barney in this sense. It's totally out of fashion - but Barney is still here speaking up for Cubans and Venezuelans - from the historical spring of socialism.

Cubans and Venezuelans are witnesses.

North Koreans are witnesses.

These are all godless, leftist, heathens... but they seemingly have the strength that you: family cherishing, god fearing, and humble Christians don't have.

Why should I be witness like you?

Well, you need God to exist, as He is existence Itself, but you don't have to believe in God to be a strong witness.

The witness Torq and I are talking about is specifically witnessing to the truth of Christ and the gospels. You can even be a witness tonthis and still be an atheist. However, it carries more power when you believe and witness to this Truth. People tend to be moved more when they see the messenger carry the convictions of the message.

But, you can witness to the absurdity of war, violence, injustice, etc without being a believer in God.
