Almost no modern russians are really Christian... (the russian orthodox church went all in on putin's mafia state) the idea that there are any Christian values in modern russia is RT propaganda meant to be appealing to tradcons in the west.

The problem is the russian.... national character (for lack of a better word). Even russians who've gotten out say that russians tend toward blind obedience and passive acceptance of abuse.

Look at the mogilized... most would literally rather die than protest.... even though those who protest don't face any real punishment.

Look at those who ran away from mogilization... no protests outside of russian embassies... anywhere

Ukrainian culture has always been different, more similar to Poland (though from different sources) in not being afraid to stand up to authority and demand change even when that's dangerous.

russians simply can't believe people would stand up for their rights as Ukrainians did in 2013-14 so they imagine they're being manipulated or paid or something cause they have no imagination to imagine a system that's not an authoritarian or mafia nightmare.

The missile was from Ukraine, correct? To be honest Poland should have seen it coming.
