Yes, it's slowing down however the rate of decline varies a lot according to the person. Genes, lifestyle factors, and probably mental attitude too. Some people just get worn out earlier by life and by hard work. Others less so.

I know people my age who look 20 years older and occasionally a few who look younger. Though not many ;-)
