Btw, when I was a little kid I had a favourite pig and I would ride on it's back at my grandma's yard in the countryside. I named it "Kubuś". I don't remember this, my parents told me about it, so I must've been pretty small. Apparently I cried terribly after I found out that Kubuś was killed for meat... I wouldn't eat pork chops for some time after that. The same was with one calf, but I was older, so I remember it. I would visit it and pet it in the stable. It was cute and curious and would lick my hand :) I don't remember why they killed that calf. I remember that my grandfather put it's skin in the garage. And, again, there was crying and mutiny - not eating meat for some time.
