1. The good guys are disarmed.

4. The American fascists would immediately go after the 1st Amendment - drunk with the successful killing of the 2nd.

They treat the unborn as if it has been born and applied to it the same rules as they do now to any other person. The fact that a person - born or unborn - is terminally ill or disabled does not allow doctors to terminate his or her life.

With that ruling in place, the woman should be able to abandon the child for any reason and let the state deal with it. This is how it is here in the US, at least.
