In 2002, Gibraltar voted on whether to be free from Great Britain. What was the outcome? 98.97% of voters, voted against seceding. This left many Spaniards unhappy, but to this day Gibraltar remains a part of the UK.

How could this happen, if 98.97% does not exist in nature?

Let's take a look now at the 2013 Falklands Referendum. How many people voted to stay a part of the UK? That's right - 99.80%. This kid was only charged with two counts. Two lower variety charges and is not looking at decades behind bars. I am just suspiscious of everything. And a lot of the information has been debunked, not all of it is secret or accurate. Something is not right about this.
