Yes, I've heard of it happening a few times. Of course it's fairly common for people to see a dead family member long after the death, weeks, months or years later and other people will say they imagined it. But seeing somebody whom you didn't know was dead, that's rather different.

Because it's impossible. Then I'd rather believe in UFOs. Look for a logical explanation for this situation that does not assume that the ghost of the deceased person appeared in the family home half an hour after the death and said goodbye to the mother.

This was at the time of death, over a thousand miles away too. Very clear, very direct and it was what it was.

One day doubtless scientists will understand more about such things.


It is naive to assume that the hornet of scientific discovery is anywhere near complete. I'd guess that there's far more for humanity still to discover and understand than has been discovered and understood so far.

My aunt (at times a little loopy) claimed that she woke up in the middle of the night and saw her ex-husband standing at the foot of the bed looking at her. She said she knew (couldn't explain how) that he was saying goodbye. Official news of his (unexpected) death reached her the next mornng... but she already knew.

I do believe in something like telepathy I just don't think anyone can consciously control it. And I think one purpose it serves is to regulate collective experiences. If you've every been in a situation where people are.... stimulated it's unmistakable and very hard to put into words. I've experienced it a few times... very odd.
