The problem is in attitudes. As far as I can detect, Americans want Europe to be the way it was. This means better, less woke, more independent, and more white.

What we get from Euros here is the opposite. Euros here want us to be more woke, more "progressive", more in debt, more multi, and more like a pro-bono world cop. This means weaker and closer to the cliff.
